Workplace Adaptability

BSHRM members, especially the youngsters face difficulty in their career planning. Moreover, members of any level may face difficulties in their workplace. We have also observed skill & competency gaps among the members invariably in all levels. As such, we have planned to open a forum where the members will express their own problems, will join the sessions where leading HR & other professionals will join as Resource Persons, discussants, pool members etc. Participants will have the opportunity to share their issues and will be facilitated to get a direction to act on the areas they fail to do accurately. Counselling is a very effective way of enhancing performance in workplace. This committee will groom the student and general members primarily, but it may be relevant for senior members upon demand.
